Welcome to NUFFology by Genie Sweetness, a division of Genie Sweetness Corporation (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of nuffology.info (the “Site”) and related services, including the purchase of physical merchandise, digital products, and online sessions (collectively, the “Services”).

By visiting our Site and/or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use our Services. By using the Site, you represent that you meet these requirements.

2. Online Store Terms

You agree not to use our products or Services for any unlawful purpose.

Physical Products: We offer apparel, accessories, and other merchandise. Availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice.
Digital Products: Purchases of ebooks, downloads, and online sessions are final sale and non-refundable once delivered or accessed.

4. Orders & Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and shipping information.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized use, or errors are suspected.
Payments are processed securely through Shopify and third-party providers.

5. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping and delivery are subject to our Shipping Policy.
Risk of loss passes to you once items are delivered by the carrier.
Digital products are delivered electronically upon purchase.

6. Returns & Refunds

Physical products may be returned or exchanged according to our Refund & Returns Policy.
Digital products and online sessions are non-refundable.
Final sale items (see Section 3) are not eligible for return or exchange.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, product designs, images, and software — is the property of Genie Sweetness Corporation or its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission.

8. User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

9. Third-Party Services

We use Shopify and other third parties to power our store. Your use of those services may be subject to additional terms and policies from those providers.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Genie Sweetness Corporation, NUFFology, NUFF Music GSC, and our affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these Terms.
