Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with NUFFology by Genie Sweetness, a division of Genie Sweetness Corporation. This Shipping Policy explains how and when your orders will be processed, shipped, and delivered.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak seasons, holidays, or product launches, processing times may be longer.Digital products (ebooks, downloads, online sessions) are delivered instantly to your email or customer account and are not subject to shipping.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected method.
Standard delivery within the United States generally takes 5–10 business days after processing.
Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout.
International shipping is available to select countries. Delivery times vary depending on location and customs clearance.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

For international orders, customs fees, import duties, and local taxes may apply. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping charges.

Delivery Issues

If your package is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us at nuffology@geniesweetness.com within 7 days of delivery notice.
We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue. Please note that NUFFology is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer.

Digital Products

No shipping is required for ebooks, downloads, or online sessions purchased through NUFF Music GSC.
Access details will be emailed immediately after purchase. If you do not receive your digital product within 24 hours, please contact us.
