Thank you for shopping with NUFFology by Genie Sweetness, a division of Genie Sweetness Corporation. We want you to love your purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully, as it explains when and how refunds or exchanges are available.
Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.

Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at nuffology@geniesweetness.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Final Sale Items: Customized products, limited edition drops, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
Digital Products & Online Sessions (NUFF Music GSC)

All digital products are final sale. This includes ebooks, downloads, online classes, and virtual sessions.

Once delivered or accessed, digital items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to their electronic nature.

If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at nuffology@geniesweetness.com, and we will assist in resolving technical problems.
Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
