Thank you for shopping with NUFFology by Genie Sweetness, a division of Genie Sweetness Corporation. We want you to love your purchase. Please read our Refund & Returns Policy carefully, as it explains when and how refunds or exchanges are available.


Physical Merchandise (Apparel, Accessories, etc.)

  • Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unused, unworn, and unwashed items in their original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, please contact us at nuffology@geniesweetness.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • Final Sale Items: Customized products, limited edition drops, and sale items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).


Digital Products & Online Sessions (NUFF Music GSC)

  • All digital products are final sale. This includes ebooks, downloads, online classes, and virtual sessions.

  • Once delivered or accessed, digital items cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged due to their electronic nature.

  • If you experience issues accessing your digital purchase, please contact us at nuffology@geniesweetness.com, and we will assist in resolving technical problems.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue a refund at no additional cost.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

  1. Check your bank account or payment provider again.

  2. Contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take time before a refund is officially posted.

  3. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at nuffology@geniesweetness.com.
